We know that sometimes you buy something that doesn’t work out the way you had hoped, and for that reason we did our best to make a return policy that is helpful for you.
VALURY exchange policy allows you to exchange any VALURY product purchased online within 7 days of receipt. For any exchange, you have to pay the shipping cost according to our policy. Items that you want to return must be unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully attached.
What qualifies as a return?
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
- Wrong product, size or color
- Damaged product
- Product lost in shipment
- Products with major quality defects

However all exchanges are subject to stock availability. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery team will deliver the new item to you and simultaneously pick up the original item from you. Please note, no discounted/special offer item will be exchanged.
